It's nice to see Dr F stating that the diacetyl claim is over exaggerated and that NOISH limits are no good for ecig exposure after so many repeatedly spout that as some sort of "science".

Quite frankly im on team "common sense" when I first heard the report, I thought it was an April fools joke. Then I remembered that this part of the big game for propping vaping to get taxed, nothing more.
Scare the piss out of everyone to plaster it on the meia, then say its ok if they charge a 15% tax on it for uncle Sammy.
