I'm doing great. Too busy the last few days to even look in on the forum, but had a little lull this afternoon.

Now I have to cut out and get a shower before my neighbors start to complain of the smell, but I'll be back.
Far better to be too busy than to not have much work, glad you got a break though.

I hope to catch you then, I am gonna haveta chow down in a bit but I'll be back too, hope Wolfie stays too or comes back.

Speak to my heart
-Tatiana Mayfield and the Erskine Hawkins Band

North Texas artist I have always loved. Obv Erskine Hawkins band here is not featuring the original Erskine Hawkins who recorded in the 1930s-40s-50s, died in 1993. This is his grandson continuing a great tradition.

May be an image of 1 person, bone, piano and text that says 'DONS DONSTUNES UNES COM Music is a language that doesn't speak in particular words. It speaks in emotions, and if it's in the oones, it's in the bones. Keith Richards'

"The Carnival Is Over" is a song written by Tom Springfield (elder brother of Dusty Springfield) for the Australian folk pop group the Seekers.
It is based on a Russian folk song from about 1883, adapted with original English-language lyrics. The song became the Seekers' signature recording, and the band customarily closed their concerts with it ever since its success in late 1965.
The single spent three weeks at No. 1 in the UK Singles Chart in November and December 1965. At its 1965 sales peak, the single was selling 93,000 copies per day in the UK with total sales of at least 1.41 million in the UK alone. It stopped The Who from getting to No. 1 with "My Generation".
The song also topped the Australian Charts for six weeks, from 4 December 1965, and reached No. 1 in the Irish Singles Chart for two weeks.
