I hope you'll make it another early night. Now and then comes a once in 10 years new vicious flu. You just have to keep resting, sleeping, epsom baths, broth, love. Some would say to see a doc, but they tend to give antibiotics for a flu, and antibiotics are for bacterial infection, not viruses. But it's up to you if you think you should. Can you breathe okay?

If you don't have organic orange juice, tomato juice is also good, 74% of DV vitamin C per cup.

Get well. I made you some bear burgers for when you have an appetite. They're on the cooking thread.

Our Walmart finally got some organic oranges in is what Jean's sis says and I am gonna haveta go get supplies soon, almost outta everything.

Just make sure you make a shopping list before going online. We have those spiral bound pocket sized notebooks that we keep on the kitchen table. When we need something we write it down. When it's time to order I rip the page outta the notebook and take it to my computer.
