Ronnie James was such a huge advocate for children. Raised so much money for abused, sexual exploited children. I'm pretty sure his wife kept his endeavors going after his passing.
And, this song was about locking up the predators of children.
Lock them all up and throw away the key!!!

This is one of my favourite songs.
