Can music protect the aging brain? Possibly. And the evidence is becoming harder to ignore. We’ve seen that the research increasingly suggests that regular musical engagement, especially listening to music you genuinely enjoy, may help support memory, cognitive function, emotional health, and possibly even reduce dementia risk. That doesn’t mean music is magic. But it does mean something important. Healthy brain habits do not always have to feel clinical or miserable. Sometimes protection looks like:​
  • Singing in the car
  • Revisiting old albums
  • Learning three chords on a guitar
  • Dancing badly in the kitchen
  • Putting headphones on during a stressful day

Small moments. Repeated often. Your brain may thank you for them later.​

I'm doing pretty good Jimi. Chief honey do engineer duty and some stuff for the Knights and...

I've seen some strange peppers, but those don't look too weird. This is a pic I found of banana peppers and your pic looks sorta like it. Should be the same heat level as jalapeno or just a bit hotter.

Yeah those look like mine usually do wider and a smidge shorter.
I like the flavor of hot banana I always get Inferno and they are a little hotter than jalapeno
