, I'm gonna haveta get real serious and do something drastic I guess. It was a mess at the cancer clinic yesterday, never seen so many people there, I sat outside and made them send someone out to get me when it was my turn.

I am still kinda wiped from being sick months ago, but I’m not really sick. Just tired as hell.
But I got more Quercetin today, so at least I’ll have no sinus headaches. Yay, that stuff is like magic!! My FIL got sent home. It was a “mini” stroke and his arm is only slightly affected. Everything else is okay, afaik. He’s supposed to change his diet (good luck!) for his BP. I hope this scares him into making some changes, though. Thanks for asking!

Yes he definitely needs to change his diet. I used to take all kinds of pills, BP, Collesterol, gout, acid reflex, but now I take none, all thanks to my diet and I feel so much better too.I am still kinda wiped from being sick months ago, but I’m not really sick. Just tired as hell.

. You're allergies can make you feel tired. So Glad your not sick and you got more Quercetin 
that's great not to have sinus headaches. Hang in there and you will get your energy back. It would give me a headache, but that was several yrs ago, so time to try it again. That is really good news, very glad it was only his arm. Hopefully, he will surprise you and eat healthier. Too bad you couldn't get him on Quercetin and CO Q10, that would help his BP. You're welcome
