The chicken came out good, sorry I didn't get any pics. I did leave them on a little too long having gotten distracted watching some TV, but they still tasted good and the skin was crispy with the fat getting rendered. Not bad for a first cook.

My daughter and grandson came over for some pool time yesterday as well. All in all a good yesterday even with the heat.

Sounds awesome on the chicken and glad your daughter and grandson stopped by - we have a pellet fireplace insert- we removed the old wood insert and installed the pellet insert- the price of pellets have gone up so high in price at around $3.50 for a 50lb bag, to around $8.00 now. That pellet insert can heat pretty much our entire house. Quality of pellets can very too. Some can actually jam the auger. I kept a list of good to bad companies.
