@Jimi- google recipes, it is easy to search them , just type in like- how to cook wild rice or anything and it should pop up. Or Even look that way on You Tube, many cooks on there and show you how to do it.
I always buy the small boxes of Uncle Ben's wild rice and the recipe is on the box.

I gave him this same recipe for cooking the rice, but I added a recipe for substituting it for bulgur in tabouli for a grain free, gluten free version of one of my fave middle eastern dishes.

Good afternoon Family
Jean's drain quit workin last night so she called the so called Dr. today and they said back to the hospital soon as they could get an ok for another cat scan (to work on the drain she hasta do a cat scan to see if they have it right THIS TIME), she's gonna glow at night this is her 4th ct since this started. It's just crazy the poor woman has been through enough, scares me cause of all the medical errors, that's how this all started. Just pluckin crazy.
I hope everyone is stayin well and havin a great day
