Hi Jimi. I damaged mine in an accident years ago. Had a couple so am not sure which one did it. Problem showed up a number of yrs later. When I have a bad episode, same thing it can go for the simplest of things, I get on my inversion table a few times a day for 30 minute sessions. I dont like the full tilt and find just 1/3 to 1/2 incline does me. It speeds my recovery time usually from, without it say 2 to 3 weeks, to 1 to 1 1/2 weeks.

This is the one I have. A Back Biotech.

I have one that is similar to the pic. I really like it, but it hurts the hell out of my ankles 'cause I have to really clamp down on' em. I love hanging from it full tilt, I went from 5'1 to 5'2, lol. Looking at the one that has been advertised on tv, maybe, it won't hurt the ankles so much.

Dream On- Aerosmith

Hey I once saw a doco kind of thing on them.
One of the band members said laughing that at one concert they went on .....
Nope remembered it wrong, that was a myth question in the show i saw.
This is what happened.
"However, an anecdote attributed to Tim Collins, who managed Aerosmith from 1984-1996, held that the band’s lead singer, Steven Tyler, once failed to recognize one of the group’s older songs when it was played back to him:" he was that off his head. :giggle:
The show I watched according to them said it was confirmed true.

I have seen Aerosmith in concert 4 times- they were always performing when it was the 2nd band I wanted to see- like Guns N Roses- awesome concert, but it was so hot outside- 90'sF so very hot. Do you get American Pickers there in Oz? The guys find Aerosmiths original tour van- fix it up and meet all the members of Aerosmith.
Yes I believe Aerosmith and many other rock bands had problems with partying too much- even while performing.
