Oh no :facepalm: , when Arthur shows up here I take long soaks in hot epsom salts baths, feels a lot better when you get out, too bad it wouldn't stay that way, but does help. ;)

Good afternoon Family :wave:
Monday here it was 60 so I figured good day to clean the garage, which would of been a good idea if I could only realize that I am 70, threw my back out tryin to move something too heavy :facepalm:
