That sounds wonderful. Yeah, we have lots of restaurants where they make their own flour (soft) tortillas, but only one or two where they grind the corn, make the masa, and make their own hard corn shells. Those are world class.

There's a place here in the city that makes their own from scratch (Taqueria Los Mayas)

I took some left over rice and put it in a skillet with Olive oil on low heat, then added spices galore, then some tamari mushrooms, then some frozen cauliflower and a package of frozen organic mixed veggies and some cut up garlic and organic pineapple chunks and some of it's juice in to make a kinda chinesse type thing.

It was delicious, gonna make this one again And have enough for supper.
