Isn't it usually a 20 year cycle for fashions to make a come back? Like, for example, 1995 to 2015?

I'm noticing 90's styles again on people. It's hard to know what the clothes of the era you're in really are. I remember hating shoulder pads, hating tall hair, hating bell bottoms, but I just watched a YouTube vid with a lady in almost an exact version of something I wore in the late 90's, short plaid jumper, t-shirt underneath it, tights with socks over the tights. I'm also seeing shorts over tights, my staple in the 90's (gave you nice legs) with boots.

Everything old will be new again.
