Took a little longer than I thought.
Jean got back home and went ahead and made me lunch
She made something new to me
it was a few of my Chris beat cancer burgers broken up and cooked with bell peppers, hot banana peppers, cayenne peppers and onions
For a sauce she used Suzies organic worsteshire sauce with some organic mustard mixed in
It was really super and I am lucky enough to have enough left over for another sandwich.
She got this idea from a place we useta go too before I got sick they had hot Italian beef sandwichs Chicago style, I loved them and they went outta business :(

May be an image of text that says 'Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be a roommate, a neighbor, a professor, a friend, a lover, or even a complete stranger but when you lock eyes with them, you know at that very moment they will affect your life in some profound way.'

Sorry to log out now, but it's last chance to view a 2-hour webinar about tricky spyware in your computer that your anti-spyware anti-malware won't detect, and how to get rid of it. Here's the link, in case anybody wants:

It was good, an update from an online privacy webinar I took a couple of years ago. Now it's AI. No real person is watching you, but the info gets collected, every keystroke, every line you type, and it screen shots your computer every second, and creates your profile through the back door to NSA that is present in Microsoft and Apple operating systems. If the social credit score and CBDC are successfully instituted, no more cops knocking on your door if you say something "undesirable, dangerous, hateful" online or even click "like" on something unacceptable. They'll just freeze your bank account. He gives the example of 86 million bank accounts in Vietnam recently erased.

Like the last one, he recommends Linux. I wanted to re-listen since I snoozed through the last few minutes of it yesterday. It's still up. Very informative. I promise, it isn't trying to sell you a VPN or any security software. The reason I'm re-listening is to try to remember which Linux system you can install on your current computer while still having your old OS, so you can migrate everything gradually to Linux.

It's still up this morning. You can use a throwaway email address. I used one I used to have, now defunct, because I don't want to get emails, but this guy really isn't selling anything. Just giving valuable info:

Good Monday Barely Afternoon Family:wave:
Went through the garden and beans this mornin and what a pity full harvest, only one bowl of beans and a few maters few hotties (peppers) and a couple bell peppers. Gonna make up a batch of stuffed peppers for the freezer, they are a real treat in the mid of winter. Beans are startin to reflower just hope there's enough time left in the year. We're up to 84 quarts of green beans for the year, I all of you lived close I would call it quits on the garden and have you all come and get what you want.

We did that one year with just whoever wanted it whether we knew them or not. We had bowls for them to use for picking and bags for the finished product. We weren't gonna stay out there with them so I made a sign that said. Help yourself to all the green beans you want, you can use the bowls but PLEASE after pickin put your beans i n the bags and leave the bowls.
These were all were the old metal strainer type that you can't find anymore and of coarse everyone of them came up missin.
So now I don't do that unless it's friends or family.

How's everyone doin on this fine Monday?
Hope you are all well and havin a great day
