Don't get me wrong. I didn't go to McDonalds or eat McDonalds. I saw a sign for "The new Chips Ahoy Frappe!"

Who would be the least bit interested in a shake made from the most mediocre cookie in the entire world? I'll bet Chips Ahoy is paying McDonalds for every single one sold, for promoting this awful sawdust cookie.

Has Jimi been in at all today? I hope he's okay.

No I did a stupid thing Monday night and had to lay in bed with my knees iced down and above my heart. Today is the first time I can sit/walk with crutches. One of these days I'll learn to wait for help:facepalm:

Back on crutches again, Monday night I was puttin summer stuff away and gettin winter out. I was up on a chair and mis=calculated and down I came. Both knees swollen but leftie is toast. Laid in bed all day yesterday with knee above my heart and packed in ice.:rolleyes:
I sure did miss everyone yesterday

Aw Jimi, I'm so sorry. We missed you too, and were worried.

Good that this is the down time of the year for a farmer. Stay in bed with that knee elevated, and sleep a lot. You heal when you sleep. Anything during waking hours is just triage.

I can't climb on chairs to do stuff anymore. I have a really sturdy flip n lite ladder, 5 ft, 300 lb. capacity. So if you go to the stop step and you're 6 ft tall, you can put your hand flat on the ceiling. My landlady's contractors love me because they use my ladder and don't have to carry theirs in.

Prices, yeesh. I bought that in 2016 for 99.00. Currently it's 155.00.

I also have this steppy thing I got at one of the dollar stores, which I use for lower high cabinets, and for step exercising, but even on that, I can't just step on it. I have to be able to touch the kitchen counter or the wall or a bookshelf or something. The holes in the top make it also great for drying clothes over a heater vent.
