I understand- my husband of 43 years passed away 11/9/2022, some days are rougher than others. I keep busy finishing the work on our house,plus all the yard work and this forum . We lost our son in 2005 and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of them and I wish they were both here with me.

As to keeping busy, I can't help but wonder if their wasn't a guiding hand involved with my work being so slow for a good part of this year as Mom needed me more and more.
Work has picked up for me these last few weeks so this has helped keep my mind occupied and not thinking too much.

If I can say one thing that I believe will comfort you, it is that you took care of your mum and kept her with you. This is the best love you can give.
