Ok got my soap box again

Seen on the news that 6 young boys almost beat a young man to death, because he was white, he's in the hospital, then they stole a SUV, this all started at 6am and at noon they finally catch the kids, all under 18, this chase went on for 6 hours and involved over 10 police cars:crazy:. 4 out of the 6 have been released on the Pricksner safety act. I am still tryin to figure out what is so SAFE about it.
