@Jimi I'm convinced I've found the only bread I ever want to buy again. Ezekiel brand Food For Life frozen pita breads, organic, sprouted grain, flourless, no sugar, no oil. I bought the last two bags they had at Whole Foods. A bit steep at 4.49 for a pack of six, but they're HUGE, so just one can be a sandwich. Two will make burger buns and it will take you 45 minutes to eat the burger. I don't even split it open or fill it like a pita. I just use it like a BIG slice of bread and make a foldover, which makes a regular size sandwich.

Like you, I'm a big fan of Dave's Killer, but with the sugar content included, and the canola oil, it doesn't work against inflammation. I'm not saying I'll stop buying Dave's Killer buns, the multi-seed, but I always want to have this Ezekiel around as first choice.

She's doin good, thank you for asking my friend, just got home from a Costco/Kroger/Aldi run, had to stock up on batteries, we used all we had, for the storm comin tomorrow. it's supposed to be another rough one and this tie I wanna be ready.

Hmmm that looks good, I've been getting Sourdough, the one from Indiana that I posted before it's the safest I have seen but this fall I am goin to make another sourdough starter and make my own.

I have two alkaline battery chargers, one for the rechargeable ones, and one for the non-rechargeable. They both charge multiples at one time. Of course, you have to have power to do your charging, but then you're prepared.

Wow just heard the weather for here, strong storms/hail/ w/80mph winds and tornadoes
