I can feel my knee slowly tryin to heal, today I can lift it off the bed a couple inches without using my arms to lift it:bliss:, still can't put any weight on it. Been doin long soaks in E. salt water and doin low stress exercises for it startin today
I miss goin out in the garden every day
How's everyone doin on this fine Sunday?
