OK I talked to Leon on this and here's his responces

He has to put a registration code sent via email he/she can still do this. If it has been within the week or day.

Tell them to check a email from us

I tried to look but no new names, in admin portal.

I specifically stated on the site that they have to input s code sent via email.

Once done they will be registered but still need to post in activation requests forum, this is to stop spammers.

And then he said:
Tell them to look at the header of MVR Team sending name and copy the code then paste it into i got a code option

So if you don't get a code please let me know
