They're both good choices, but if it's one or the other, then personally I'd get the DNA200, it'll have alot more customizability using Escribe.

The questions I have for you are:
  1. Do you understand LiPo batteries and their charging characteristics? (Are built in batteries an issue for you? like having nowhere to charge it throughout the day, should the battery die).
  2. Is he offering them to you at the same price, or is he charging you more for the DNA?
  3. If he's charging you more for the DNA, then do you actually have a use for it? (Will you actually use Escribe to customize it's functionality, or are you a plug-n-play type person?).
The answers to these questions should be the key to deciding which route is good for you.
