Caught a rerun of Good Eats w/ Alton Brown a few months ago, and he was making peach upside down cake. It was so good that I had to try and replicate it in liquid form. You may have seen this recipe posted elsewhere by me, but this is the most recent and refined version.

AB's Peach Upside Down Cake
6% Juicy Peach (CAP)
2% Honey Peach (Jungle flavors)
6% Cake Batter (CAP)
4% Brown Sugar (TFA)
1% French Vanilla (CAP)
1% Butter (CAP)

No sweeteners or additives are needed.

Good Eats and Alton rock. This looks delicious. Note to self to add these flavors to next order.

10% juicy peach (TFA) is a good trade, or the same % of (CAP) juicy peach. Peach (FW) would be much more of a candy flavor, and you would need about 12-13%.
