I created this recipe by accident. However, it's really good, so I thought I'd share it with ya'll.

Thanks for the recipe. I was just thinking about Hibiscus today... yum. Been thinking about tea flavors. Sadly, I don't have it :/
What does the Bitter Wizard do here? I've never tried it. Is the overall flavor sweet/sour/bitter--or how would you describe the mix?

I took the liberty of pasting your ingredients into the thread so it's glanceable. Able to be easily glanced at is what I'm trying to say :) (Let me know if you'd rather not have it this way). I like the name. It would also make a good name for a hibiscus-pizza flavor.

I revised the recipe slightly to 8% Hibiscus and 5% Fuji Apple.

I love FTA's Hibiscus, although it does need a high percentage. However, the flavor is the same as I'm used to from the tea I was drinking as a teen. The Tea contained the leaves of the flowers only. The best Tea I ever drank. It's more like a fruity flavor.
I tried CAP's Hibiscus. However, it didn't taste like what I'm used to.

Regarding the bitter wizard, I first tried my Sour Apple recipe with the Sour flavor only. However, it seemed it was missing some more kick in the sour department. Therefore, I added a small amount of the bitter wizard, which gave me more of the sour I was looking for. IMO, the bitter wizard adds a bitter, mainly on the exhale.
