Adding nic to non nic juice

I have a 50ml bottle of non nicotine e juice mixed at 50/50, a 120ml bottle of 50/50 based 36mg nicotine, a bottle of pg, and a bottle of vg.
How much nicotine and vg do I have to add to the e juice to achieve 9mg and 70/30 vg/pg or higher vg?

25% nic (36mg 50/50 base)
40% VG
35% flavored liquid (0mg 50/50)
will give you 9mg at 30/70 PG/VG

If exactly 50ml flavored, then the total in ml you can make is:
(35%)x = 50
.35x = 50
x = 50/.35
x = 142.8571429

so, nic in ml = .25(142.8571429) = 35.71428571ml
VG in ml = .4(142.8571429) = 57.14285716ml
