Now that you DIY, do you have an ADV, or do you rotate so much that you can't possibly have that much of one flavor?

I could very well be happy with one or two flavors, but I'm becoming flavor-curious and ordered a few others (and have even more in my cart somewhere else).

Where do you stand on an ADV for you, personally?

I got into DIY for money-savings and harm-reduction, but I'm beginning to see other benefits.

Sorry.

All Day Vape. One ejuice that you make more of and vape throughout the day, most days.

I like a variety, couldn't possibly have a true ADV, it's the main reason I like DIY-ing. Looking at my stasho_O I have over 30 different flavors mixed that I enjoy, some more than others but all are good to me.

I have a few that I make 30mls at a time, and a whole bunch of 5ml bottles of everyone's recipes I try. My general go-to's are the Vanilla Nut Cookie I made, HIC's Tiramisu Cheesecake and HIC's Pear Apple Frangipane.

Most recently, I'm also keeping a 30ml of Golden Oreo Cookie and Italian Cream Cake, too. I used to be a 2 flavor vapor. I'm way more into variety than I ever thought I'd be. Boyfriend is happy as can be with HS Turkish or FA Virginia, though he does like FA Shade, too.

Where are people getting 5ml bottles? :)

I was considering using 1 dram or 2 dram vials for small batches.

Right now I have three flavors that I'm actively vaping: Strawberry, Strawberry Malt, and 0mg Strawberry Whipped Cream (notice a trend? :D ). I do have FA Cinnamon Roll, but I've been steeping it for a few days and haven't loaded it up yet.

No you don't - there's no such flavor. :) TFA Cinnamon Roll, probably.

I was pretty happy with just cold peppermint and strong red hots flavors when I started vaping. Look where my flavor curiosity has led me, lol!

I got little 3ml and 6ml plastic dropper bottles a long time ago here: http://www.onestopdiyshop.com/products/Plastic-Dropper-Bottles.html They're perfect for me and my tiny batches/samples. I can fit more of those in less space than the traditionally-shaped dropper bottles, and these never leak. I shove an unbent paperclip in the hole of each 6ml to widen the hole and make it flow rather than drip.

Wizard Labs is one place with the traditional droppers, 3ml and larger: http://wizardlabs.us/index.php?route=product/category&path=71_75

And a favorite shop of mine that has 3ml, 5ml, etc.:http://www.rtsvapes.com/E_Juice_Glass_Plastic_Bottles_s/106.htm

When I make 5ml samples, I just use any bottle available over 3ml. I have a lot from pre-mades that I kept and washed out and many from ordering them from ECX, Wizard, Packaging Options (glass ones).

I misspoke.

I meant to say that I have an FA-based Cinnamon Roll Recipe that I was steeping (and just put into my glasso...NICE!), instead of the OSDIY Baked Cinnamon Roll with all the baddies that I was originally vaping. ;)

Oh, and as far as bottles/vials go, I will only use glass from now on. :)

I know, I know, but harm-reduction 'n all.

ADV doesn't exist for me. I am a variety vaper. The closest I come is when I am working but I only get to vape on breaks so it is not like I am vaping it all day. People at work are always looking to see what I am vaping for the day. LOL

I should have added: I mix my tobaccos (that I know I like) in 30ml bottles for 2 reasons. One is steeping time. The shortest time to vape these is a week and that is with using UC. I like to leave them for a month. Second is I always need my tobaccos ready when I am in the mood.

I mix everything in 3-6 ml samples to try. Once I know it is something I will likely vape it goes in a 15ml dropper bottle. These don't go in 30ml bottles (unless it's a tobacco sample). Samples are in plastic. It has taken awhile to get this "system" down. I can easily find things this way whether I am looking for tobaccos, tried and true or I'm in a sample mood. LOL I hate looking for things.

How do you guys organize your juices? (except for HIC that vapes his as he makes it) ;)

I just ordered a bunch of these, they haven't arrived yet so I can't give you my opinion, but they get great reviews on Fasttech

I have several that I make constantly. One that I've had a Kayfun dedicated to for over 6 months, and vape it every day. I usually carry at least 3 mods with me, and I rotate the flavors in them, but that one Kayfun constantly has that one recipe in it. It tastes nothing like Boba's Bounty, but its on that level.

Other than that, I have a mess of small batches of experiments, and experiments in progress. What I do is make 8mls of something. If I finish that 8mls, I make 15mls. If I finish that, I make 30mls. If it makes is past 30mls, it ends up in my daily rotation. I have about 9 of those right now, with a bunch of recipes that i make every so often when I feel the urge.

It's not my recipe, so I don't know if I'd be allowed to post it here, but Heabob posted it in the DIY forum at the other place. It's the first reply under my thread, "Buying in Bulk". I search for Cinnamon, and that thread is a few threads down. :)

I actually found 25 2 dram vials on eBay earlier today for $9.95 with free shipping, so pretty close to the same. :) Those'll last me a while (I think).

But thanks!
Haha That is what we all say until they are full. There NEVER seems to be enough bottles.

After 7-8 months of playing with Inawera flavors I started mixing my ADV rotations in larger 120ml size. This way I only have to mix one or two flavors a month now instead of accidently running out and having to wait for steeping. The larger bottles work better for seed steeping also. The lower use flavors go into 60ml bottles .

I got a case of 15ml vails really cheap a while back. Co. is no longer in bussiness. However I wish I would have stayed with small Boston rounds....... these vails are really nice but I sure do knock them over easy. A slip with a syringe, or just plain hitting it with my hand and they are down.

Yeah, I'm a little worried about knocking them over, at least, until I make my mixing station.

The thing is, I don't have very steady hands, so I even use syringes for filling my glassos, and my blunt-tip needles won't reach the bottoms of my bottles. I'm hoping they'll reach the bottoms of 2 dram bottles. They're great in the 1 dram flavor bottles I got from TPA.

Could use one of those racks for holding test tubes, or rig something similar. A stainless steel wire one looks slick.

when I first started vaping I had a flavor adv. all I could vape were vanilla custard vapes. when I started DIY it was over for any type of long term ADV. Ill vape the same flavor for a day or 2 when I am really busy and dont want to re wick everything but usually a new flavor everyday just because with DIY a can fine tune flavors to the way I enjoy them. LD's comment made me laugh because its the same way for me. everyone at work wants to know whats in the tank daily. even the guys that dont vape want to toot on it. converted alot of friends to vaping.

I was worried about knocking over bottles at first so I got this piece of foam and a dremel and carved out bottle sized holes to set everything in. worked pretty sweet. it just gets in the way now. I can mix 30 ml of juice in about a minute and a half lol. supplies out, drip, squirt, shake and supplies back in the cabinet.

I bought one of those foam noodles for kids. I cut about 12" off, then cut that piece in half length-wise for a flat bottom. Used a paring knife and cut some holes a bit smaller than my bottles so they fit snuggely. I am such a klutz I had to have something! For a few dollars, I have a bunch of bottle holders, in the sizes I need. I am always up for saving money.....

Wow lots of good ideas! I looked at test tube holders a while back but, that was for holding flavors. I never thought of it for these vials. The foam thingy's sounds good too, as long as you dont drown your kids;). Not using these smaller vials much these days though, but I am sure I will again so now I have no excuse for spillage!

Did you see if they like the water yet?
I had a Bengal that went in the pool with my kids. The others would not go near the water.

(posted 3 times already and still didn't answer the original question - sorry!)

I fall more into the second group. Every now and then I'll land on a recipe I love and vape nothing but that for a day or two, but I usually vape 10+ flavors/recipes every day. I have lots of tanks loaded at any given time. If not for easily-available vast variety, I'd quickly return to the one old flavor I used daily for decades: burning leaves.

I constantly rotate...my only ADV is not one I've made, and would LOVE a clone recipe, but I can't find one anywhere. I switch flavors every half hour or so.

I switch flavors often. My way of staving off the dreaded vapers tongue! Went through that once, will do most anything to not do it again. Besides, there are so many flavors to like and try. Why limit myself?

Ahlusion - Smooth Criminal. I've searched. I found 2 blank recipes, looked as if someone erased them. That's all I could find.

Thanks for trying, that's okay, though. I stock up on that stuff now, so I'm never out. I'm not complaining because it's so good I would pay twice what they sell it for.

Ahlusion - Smooth Criminal. I've searched. I found 2 blank recipes, looked as if someone erased them. That's all I could find.

I copied one off the web a while back called "Smooth Criminal"
Don't know it if was/is the same, but all the recipe called for was:
TFA Graham Cracker-clear
TFA Acetyl Pyrazine (AP)

It was one of the recipes I made up last month to try this month ..I'm always a month ahead of myself.
I haven't tried it yet, so can't give you an opinion.
It sounded good ... graham cracker with a nutty (AP) taste.
I like (but can't eat) graham cracker crust's, and thought I would give it a try by it 'self, with the thought of adding some lime and maybe a creamy touch the next time (if I liked it)

Don't know if this is anything close to what you have in mind, but when I read the name, it rang a bell.
(doesn't happen often) :D, so thought I would throw it out there.

flowerpots - I've never tried Smooth Criminal, but description and reviews say "earthy, nutty, mildly sweet, mellow"... so Slots' graham cracker and AP sound like a darned good place to start. Why not try and see if needs other flavors (I know you've been working with lots of flavors). I'm confident you could make what you're after!

I keep going back to one ADV. Its an easy 5% each of TFA Peach, Strawberry and Blueberry Extra.

Im going to order up some FA flavors and see if its ant better than the TFA.. HIC has got me under a majic spell thinking that FA makes better flavors..... or should I say "more realistic" flavors.
