Advice needed on Nichrome

Hey all

I'm looking to build a twin coil build on my 22mm Tsunami run on my mech mod. I want the coil around .23ohms using nichrome but I've never used it before.

I normally enjoy a good 5 - 6 wrap coil for flavour and cloud but I wouldn't know what gauge nichrome to go for.

Can anyone help me please?

If you do 6/7 wrap of 24 ga nichrome 80 at 3mm you'll come out right around .23. If you do a 5/6 wrap of the same I think you'd be right around .2 or .21

Am I right by thinking nichrome heats a lot quicker than SS 317L or kanthan?

In my experience nichrome does heat a lot quicker than kanthal or SS, but I actually prefer SS for certain builds because I seem to get cleaner flavor

I normally SS flatwire 22g, but just fancied a try out with it. Running it on a sir Lancelot mech mod and Tsunami tank. Pic will go up when all done
