After Marvel's Agents of SHIELD's midseason finale left viewers with two big plot twists, the cast and creators of the show previewed to IGN that various characters' decisions will have unforeseen consequences in the episodes ahead.

It was a pretty huge deal when Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) killed his former agent-turned-traitor Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) in an emotional decision that Gregg believes "definitely" crossed a line for his character. But that death allowed the mysterious Inhuman living on Maveth to inhabit a new body and make it to Earth, something that none of the SHIELD agents yet know about.
