I'm so fucking irritated right now!
Been put on hold for more than 70 minutes. Finally my phone's battery just died.
So now I have to wait for it to charge and will likely end up on hold again when I call back.
What a gotdamn waste of time and m ears eel like the want to explode from that bullshit on hold music.

We got the weirdest weather here ATM, raining and in the 40's, tonight they are saying flash freeze with many power outages.

we had that yesterday and last night, but no power outages that i know of. now it's snowing, the temp is plummeting and the high wednesday is sposed to be -5. oy god.

A super-bastardized version of a Mexican Molletes with a couple of eggs thrown in. On a bun to go. :)

Sauteed up some chopped onion, garlic and jalapeno in oil, then pan-scrambled a couple eggs in and shaped it.
Sprinkled with Garlic Pepper and Mexican Oregano.



When it was nicely puffed-up and golden brown underneath, I flipped it gently.



Added the cheese and some chili powder.
Turned off the burner and covered it to meltify the cheese and finalize the eggs, without cooking the shit out of them.
Nobody likes dry eggs. ;-)




Then, I spread my bisected roll with refried beans, some hot sauces and a mix of leftover taco filling and corned beef hash. (I love leftovers)




Set that In my toaster oven to warm a bit, then combined it all to make...this:






Your breakfast sandwich just wet itself.

It is a perfect excuse for a lot of things though.

I have always read/heard people complain about jury duty. Last month I got my very first summons for jury duty. I have no idea why they never sent one before but it seems odd I reached 50+/- years of age before I got my first one. Even though I know I will get out of it (no way will I decide the fate of someones' life no knowing if I may have missed something) I still have to appear and go through the process. :confused: I do have a letter from my doctor so hopefully this will be a one time thing.

@kelli don't worry your pretty head. ;) I am quite comfortable in my own skin even without ears. :D

make sure you take a tablet or laptop or a good book with you. most of jury duty consists of sitting and waiting. for hour. after hour.

Anyone else have to shovel snow and ice today? Just discovered how out of shape I am. Came home and fell on the bed and slept like a baby for an hour.

Well we're opening relations with Cuba. LOL. The one time I visited Florida it was in the 50s and cloudy. Still a hundred times better than Chicago winters though. ;<))

BUT they would never survive the summers.
We have very thin blood here. ;)

Nah..I can just wear a sweater. What I can't do is get nakkid enough for a 90+ summer. I sweat standing still at about 75F. ;)

Born in Canada and raised in the Inland Empire...so this ain't cold yet.
Don't even have heat on in most of the Apt....it's like 55 degrees where I'm sitting now.

I'm wearing three layers indoors and Tiki is on her plush pillow with a blanky over her furry self. We're good.:)

I'm not sure it even gets warm enough in the summer for me.

I'm the opposite. I'd rather walk around in nothing but trunks in 100 degree weather than have to put on boots and a sweater and a coat and a hat and gloves just to go down to the corner store like I'm about to do right now. So what am I doing here? Good question.
