Tee hee, that's how I feel about my istick 20w. I'm tired of pulling up the 510 so it can make a connection for 30 minutes. And don't know if I'm up for finagling an o-ring under it.

Here's my suggestion, buy a Tank 510 Airflow Controller, it will still sit pretty flush to your device and for me it serves two purposes, "I use for the cheaper mods so I don't strip my threading and I have a few addy's that I have inconstant connection and for some reason the well on the adapter does not seem to go as deep. It may sound dumb but it works for my needs and that's all that matters :)

This is my fourth week into this 3 month workout program from Kris Gethin. The man is a masochist. Today's workout was legs and it destroyed me. Here's what I did today.
Leg extension: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Leg press: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Hack squat: 4 set of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Smith machine squat: 7 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest

Lying leg curl: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Stiff-legged deadlift: 4 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Seated leg curl: 7 sets of 10-15 reps, 90-120 sec. rest
Cardio: 15 minutes 3 min. easy, 1 min. hard

I don't expect you to look at the video, but here it is on tape. Kris has an awesome attitude about working out: STFU and do it.:D

You know you could have texted me that if you were serious about having coffee No Im not leaving tomorrow. I was available earlier but have made plans for tomorrow about 3pm and I am leaving Thursday for Dallas..

I fully appreciate what you're doing. I took a liking to yoga when I was 15 and still have a routine I follow. Some of it requires holding an extension for some time. (Although, not as long as that:))

Not all carry them in 120s. Some like Cashmere Millionaires do not even carry 30's.
