I'm not sure you can assume things about a person's character on a board like this based on your expectatons of behavior on the kind of board you gave as an example.
That site's sole purpose appears to be pictures, in which case I'd agree that stealing a photo is taboo, but in a general topic forum, snagging pics and meme's is fairly common unless they know it is a family photo and there something private that you have shared (even if the act of sharing makes it no longer private anywhere in the world anymore)

On any board it is pretty lame to re-post what someone just posted. I understand that concept is not understood here... Even at ECF one wouldn't just re-post someone's pics...

I do that ALL THE TIME in my Camaro. It helps save gas for when I want to "play"
So, IMHO, it's a good thing.

Having dug into your other board, I understand that the pictures you posted were likely original works, but I doubt that he thought that and he gave pretty clear info on where he got the picutre and used it as an example of they should try to get your attention to start posting in that thread.
In this particular instance, I think you may be overreacting.
steve is complaining someone took a pic he posted and put it in another thread said it wouldn't happen at ecf BUT the person who did it IS an ecf refugee. I mean come on you said your not happy got it off your chest done over move on right??

On a related note, I am of the opinion that knowing how to drive a manual transmission car should be a prerequisite for obtaining a license. But I am in the minority in that....
