i like salmon and grits.. cheese grits, grits with red eye gravy, or just plain grits with scrambled eggs..

i do not like cream of wheat or homeny??? those big huge lumps of white stuff..

I prefer grits and greens....but also butter with salt and pepper. I will confess that the best grits I've had were in my brief residency in the SC Lowcountry.

Maybe I am missing something with Grits....I only recall grits at denny's and I did not think much of them other than cream a wheat
