Yea I'm icing it. My hand isnt bothering me to much. Im acrually in an ice bath right now. The head is what hurts. (I do not have a concussion, it's just the normal post competition pains.)

We've been PMing back and forth the past week, nothing to do with AU and no mention of it. Which is saying little except that our friend Caff is still very much among the living--and annoyed with USPS, which is a sign of mental health.
