What kind of environment are you in? Are there still fleas around? Did you check for hotspots, hair loss?
Negative on the fleas too cold. She does have a bit of hair loss. She has been lightly scratching for about two weeks I figured it was from the cold. I bought her some lotion and gave her an oatmeal bath...I don't see any hotspots (they present as redness right)

Had a hell of a morning, took Jazz's sweater off and saw she had rubbed up on something (maybe?) and opened up one of her sutures I had to bring her back in to get it sewn up again, vet says cone of shame now
right
Give a call to the vet or animal hospital for advice. I've found them helpful over the phone. Hopefully you can avoid taking her in.

There are no hospitals around here. I gave her a doggie benadryl and will call vet tomorrow
