use the @ symbol and you'll see a drop-down pop in as you type their username. Or, just type it out...no space between the @ and the nick and spelling and case counts. Using drop-down is easier for long nicks though.

So, typing this:

Code:
@Donald Bickers

Becomes this:

@Donald Bickers

I just got to expierience something I never thought I would like. One of my own, a student that has been training with me for about a year now just had his first ammy fight and I was in his corner.

AND HE KNOCKED THAT DUDE OUT!!

I was supposed to be coaching, and I did, but I didn't need to. He fought so smooth and so smart. He even used some of the stuff I tough him! This guy is on his way!!!! And he is in my weight class.

In closing, watching someone that you had a hand in training implement the techniques and use the tools you had a hand in teaching him is one of the greatest feelings in the world. It's right up there with fighting itself!

Made my usual meat filling, but took it a few steps further this time...
Ya gotta have epic food for an epic game. ;)

Not gonna bore ya with all of the details, as the pictures should make it pretty obvious. Click pix for full-sized ones.

Not shown: it's a 50/50 lean ground turkey & beef mix, so I used the bouillon cubes to "beef it up" a bit. I also browned the meat in a tsp. of Manteca for extra flavor and because it's very lean..

Also added: about a 1/2 tsp. of Bhut Jolokia powder, a big pinch of Mexican Oragano, and a bit of pickled jalapeno "juice" for additional liquid. That Cumin, I also ground it from seed..so much better.

For my work, I'll have a couple tester burritos for dinner.. .nommmm!

Well, drat! :D

BTW, I think I'm learning how damned Adobe Lightroom works now.
Been using PS since v3, but man this new workflow is weird. However, when I have like 10 photos to do, it sure does the trick. :)

Thx!

I tell ya what though, thank the gods for powerful 1970's-era hood fans.
When all those jalapeno, habanero and serrano chiles and the Bhut J. powder hit that sizzling hot meat...wow..should've used a mask.
