All is working fine with the iStick 50 so far, including Ohm's law calcuations. I also think eLeaf solved the over-powering issue that existed with the 20w version. The spring-loaded connector is a HUGE improvement as well.
Well then, i think that i will be getting the 50w soon with a subt. mini

I'm still testing this KF4, @InMyImage gave me some tips to try and so far they are working, no leaks yet, we will see tho. My fingers are crossed. I used a little bit more cotton and have it just touching the deck. I heard that the infinite version of the KF4 was a really good clone if any of you were looking for that tank.

I haven't tried my CoilMaster yet. Won't need to do any re-wicking for a few weeks at least. Did you see that long follow-up email he sent?

Question for you guys about isticks with a little background to help with answers.

I am thinking of getting my sister in law an istick but I am debating which one and here is why.
She has been vaping for over a year and still uses stick batteries even though she has lots of trouble with them. It took her awhile to even get use to those saying they were too big. I think I have gotten her over the too big thing now but anything she has to fiddle with and she will have problems. She is known for pushing wrong buttons and not being able to figure things out so I don't want anything complicated.

She also wears her stick battery around her neck like a life vest which in many respects it is. My brother can make a new holder no problem and I think the istick will be small enough and give her better battery life and function.

Now, my questions.. Is there much difference in size between the 30w and 50w? How easily would this change wattage if say she pressed buttons not meaning to? Is it a series of clicks or just hitting the up or down button? Any other things that might cause her problems?

I know this post should probably go in another thread but I'd rather ask here if you mods don't mind. :)
TIA for your thoughts!

The 30w is the same size as the 20w button are just up and down you can switch from watts to volts on the power and its just 3 clicks. Your sister sounds like my mom LOL I still have to go change her coils and its been 4 years for her. She currently uses the Innokin vv with a nautilus mini and has figured that out. next step is the 30w istick. It is tiny and light Hope that helps

I was happy with my 20w till I flushed it down the damn toilet. Charges faster and last longer than any battieres I've owned. The bigger ones? I bet even better. That was no help at all to you was it? :D

Here you can see the size difference between the 20w and 50w models (50w is in the back) ...

@Ld3441 ... With the 50w, the LED screen and VW up/down buttons are on the front, not on the side and below the fire button as with the 20w. The volts/watts do immediately change when those up/down buttons are pushed. If one wishes, the up/down buttons can be pressed and held simultaneously for 2 seconds to "lock" the device and prevent unwanted power changes. Do the same to unlock the device.

For easier gripping, silicone sleeves are available for the iStick 20 and 30 (not 50 ... yet). Here's a place with a wide variety of colors/patterns...http://www.madtownvap.com/eleaf-istick-sleeves/

Awesome Moe!!
That is what I needed. If I can lock it hopefully that will fix it. And the size comparison is great too. The 30w it is. My brother will make a leather holder and I will tell him to cover the buttons except the fire button so that should help.

Thanks guys! You are all awesome. :)

Moe I like the sleeves but she would still be able to press buttons with that.
A leather one that hides buttons will be better suited for her. LOL sadly...
