Made some Pillsbury Croissant "wiener winks" with turkey dogs. A bit messy, but it doesn't matter.
These babies got upgraded to Provolone cheese with some Contadina pizza sauce, some made with green hab sauce too for variety.
Topped with my homemade multi-chile pepper seasoning and some Cotija cheese - just because nothing tastes or smells better in an oven, than browning Cotija cheese. ;-)

I was going for "full enclosure" but my spiritual guide/confessor felt it would be necessary considering my ministry to "step out" on occasion. One of the Religious Sisters will be picking up any prayer intentions that are in my PM box here...and whilst I will pray accordingly, and present them to the Friars and our Nuns of the Second Order...I will not be otherwise responding, nor will I be chatting. My phone will be kept in the Associate Pastor's office in case some emergency arises.
