The original design was going to support them. After they did the pre-release apparently reviewers said that they coil/chamber were too small and they redesigned them and made the new heads bigger so they don't fit the old ones anymore

Actually correction. Just went back to the Pbusardo video to grab you a screenshot to show the difference between the original design and the current design and let it play long enough to hear him say that he has verified that the Aerotank heads WILL work in the subtank.
