I think the good thing @cherrycakes is that you have either accepted your new limitations or simply had a general change in your outlook because you posts are generally chatty now instead of being solely focused on your pain.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't look for ways to reduce or manage pain, but I do think it is healthy to get through the first 4 stages of grief and get to acceptance so that we can learn how to best live with our pain and limitations required to minimize their impact on our lives.
I didn't have any problems with your posts while you were dealing with the pain and it was your focal point, but I missed you and was concerned about you when you were gone, so I'm very happy to see you back and participating again

Question for the computer geeks: This morning I signed in to my account and the internet seemed slow and it was giving me messages about not being able to fully load the page. I was able to look at my bank account when I checked my wifi connection and saw that I was on my neighbor's unlocked wifi. I then switched over to mine. Could anything risky have happened during the time I was on my neighbor's wifi?

Probably not as they would need to be running some hacking software on their network expecting it to happen, but it is a PITA when neighbors don't password protect their home wifi and is a problem for them in major population centers because cyber criminals will sometimes just drive through neighborhoods and hop onto unsecured wifi networks and hack the computers on them which can be pretty easy depending on what is on there.
I know that this was a HUGE problem in CA years ago, but I'm not sure how much of an issue it is now because of MS built in secured homegroup feature on Windows machines now, which is what dominates the home computer market.
It is also pretty rare to find an unsecured network in a neighborhood nowdays also, but it is very common for people to have the default passwords set on their routers which is why some companies like Comcast are setting the default to be complicated long passwords now.
Back when we had Uverse though, the WiFi passwords by default was "password"

Until I can get to some pelvic pain specialist I'm pretty much managing the pain. I'm on muscle relaxers, ultram, and norco. And I guess doing an epidural every few Months. I really think the pudendal nerve block and or neurostim surgery would help but they couldn't even find anyone to do that. Was waiting for the pelvic pain specialist in Bethlehem to start taking insurance again because I I know he would be able to find a place to get those done

True but not as much of a problem unless they are downloading it to one of your computers...
I would not worry about to much, worst they had logs turned on there router and could see where you went but I doubt it's really anything to worry about

I asked him for a cheaper one and he prescribed a $170 one. I think he has something against flexeril but when I go to him April 27th I guess I'm going to have to ask for it by name because that's like $15 tops

The only time I use unsecured wifi is when I'm out in the country and that's because there's not a house close enough to be tapping into my service. Otherwise I would definitely use password protection. By the way, if you want to really freak your neighbors out, name your wifi service FBI Surveillance or something like that.

Taking control of your own referrals will get you much better service which is the biggest benefit of your PPO insurance plan.
We just switched to Anthem's EPO this year. It is the same as the PPO but we cannot go out of network at all. We don't have a deductible, but the total out of pocket is a little higher and I've always been very careful to never go out of network because of the unneccessary cost exposure so it is nothing but beneficial
They take Blue Cross but I'm not sure which BlueCross we have other than Blue Cross of Arizona

I'm pretty certain that Blue Cross is the same across all the companies that underwrite it. The difference is the particular blue cross plan you have and which doctors/facilities are in network in your area.
That is where your companies web site comes in handy because of the doctor/facility search tool. Once you know who accepts it, you can make an appointment directly without a referral from your doctor unless the specialist you are trying to set up the appointment requires one, which does happen but rarely in my experience.

Sorry, my point is that there are a lot of significantly cheaper alternatives on the market and that they should have tried one if they haven't already unless there is something else in the medical history or drug interactions with other meds being taken that preclude them.
Staying away from meds that you have problems with can only be determined by actually taking them right?
