Airing on AMC, birthplace of such hit series as The Walking Dead, Mad Men and Breaking Bad!? This is Into the Badlands, and it sounds like a unique combination of elements to say the least.
The cast and producers of the show hit New York Comic-Con to show off footage from the new show and delve into what Badlands is all about. In attendance were stars Daniel Wu (who’s also a producer on the show), Aramis Knight, Marton Csokas, Emily Beecham and Orla Brady along with executive producers Al Gough, Miles Millar and Stephen Fung.

These barons use assassins, or clippers, to maintain their dominance over their subjects, with Daniel Wu starring as the deadly clipper Sunny. He works for Baron Quinn (Marton Csokas), the top dog among the barons who is now facing a threat from a baron known as The Widow (Emily Beecham). Sunny also finds an ally in M.K. (Aramis Knight), a teenager who has a bounty on his head -- and a dark secret of great importance.
