Amplitude developer Harmonix has offered a few solutions to fix issues surrounding the redemption of game codes for Kickstarter backers.
In an update on the game's Kickstarter page, Harmonix answered a few frequently asked questions regarding missing and invalid codes. According to the developer, if you haven't received a code yet, be sure to check spam and junk folders in your email and look for a message from [email protected].
If that's not your issue and you're based in North America, Harmonix is asking that you contact them via Amplitude's Kickstarter page. The developer also acknowledged issues with Europe-based users and says that it has encountered problems with the console submission process. The team is working with Sony Europe about the code issues and hopes to have an update early next week.
