Any MMA fans out there?

Well, if you're an MMA fan then I'd love to chat with you. I've been watching MMA since I was born (which was around the time it came about ). From Rings to Pride FC to UFC. Well, now it's sort of a monopoly, soooo. UFC's completely loaded and the reebok sponsorship is BS. Post a comment and we can talk about who we like in the sport and everything else.

Last year was the most amazing year in the history of MMA. So many titles changed hands, champions dethroned, it was a flat-out unbelievable year.

If 2016 is half as good as 2015 its more than I can ask for.

All I'm hoping is that Jon Jones comes back. He'll beat Cormier again and be the champion until he's much, much older, or retires. His only loss is because he got DQ'd and he was dominating that fight, possibly more than any other in his career.

Normally, I'd have doubts about anyone who had been out that long.
Then I saw Dominic Cruz... Wowow.

On a side note, I don't think this years Superbowl weekend fight card (usually stuffed with big names) is that remarkable.

Yeah, Cruz is so unpredictable. Another thing, last weekend's fights had Sage Northcutt on it and it was his first loss. Who's on the superbowl fight card?

I saw it. He got caught, by a more experienced fighter... plain and simple. That kid is a beast, groomed from childhood.
He's the youngest fighter in the history of the UFC... and he has over 10 years experience! 19 years old, started at age 9.
I think he'll not only become the champ one day but he will help to redefine athleticism in the sport, in the process.

That little Bruce Lee move of his, (transition from a missed punch to a handstand heel kick! WTF?) was cool.
That was practiced for months in the gym I bet. That move was a first in all of MMA history, AFIK.
I'm tellin' ya'... watch Northcutt.

Here's the card. Hendricks/Thompson is the main event. Hendricks is a 2:1 favorite if ya' follow that kinda thing.

Artem Lobov is on that card! That's an alright card, could've been a better one though.
