So I retired an old Dell 1545, about 4 years old and this is what I found inside. They have printed on the battery NCBM4C9 1211644

Yes I've seen those blue-tops before on Sanyo batteries like the UR18650 series. Specs might be close to 2600mAh / 5A max. continuous discharge like the UR18650FM. Not a high-drain battery, also not the safest chemistry for vaping without a PCB, albeit it's conjecture just from a quick look at the pics.
