Apple pie ala mode

Got a nice Apple pie with icecream recipe. Turned out very good and only gets better with age. This was my first attempt and don't feel like I need to change anything! Enjoy

Fa Apple pie 6%
Tfa brown sugar .5%
Fa caramel .5%
Fa cinnamon Ceylon.5%
Fa Fuji Apple 1%
Tfa vanilla bean icecream 4%
Cap vanilla custard 1%
Tfa whipped cream 2%

That's what I thought to, but the apple pie at 6 turned out good. This is a really good recipe that I enjoy.

Isn't it so cool when a first attempt is awesome? I too have never tried Apple pie at that high of a %. I wonder if it gives a different flavor than say 1.5%? Curiosity and all. Do you know?
