what is difference between CAP sweet Mango and Inawera Mango?

CAP is sweeter and more ripe I think, and INW is stronger and seems bolder maybe.
Both are good flavors but the INW I'd only use 2-3% in this, unless you want more Mango up front.

I will definitely be trying this... It's very similar to my Pami's Mangos and I was already thinking of mixing apricot and mango.
