I bought a lemon cheesecake flavour and although the flavor is nice the mild throat hit is not so much..I remember Dinner Lady's Lemon Tart being quite hard on the throat as well..Does throat hit just come part of the package with lemon flavors?

Not for me, depends on the mg. of nic. Mine is 3 mg & Dinner Lady Lemon Tart, Mr. meringue or Hic's Lemon Meringue Pie, etc, is fine for me.

I guess the ohms & wattage counts too. I'm usually at 30 watts.

This raspberry lemonade is delicious and has very little throat hit imo. So I'd vote no I don't think so

The smoothest lemon flavor I've come across is TW GS Lemon Sherbet. I'm vaping it right now. 24 drops in a 30 ml of 3 mg 70 VG.

I find lemon or any citrus like pineapple a little more harsh than other juices but I'm generally a custard/cream guy and vape fruits to keep a lid on vapers tongue.
If there is much more than usual throat hit, it's just the juice, not that it's lemon. Cheap flavors or too much flavor or cheap nic or all of the above.

What lemon does to me more than throat hit is give me that citrus tongue same way you would if you ate a ton of pineapple. Not into it.

+1 for Mr. Meringue. Sweet, light creamy lemon with no Pledge aftertaste.

Yea buddy. I think I just might! I'm really enjoying that 60/40 I saved with some added VG..I might have just discovered that I like really high VG content. 70/30 works but 80 and up is really sublime :)

I like as close to 100% VG as I can get too.....:)

Doesn't work in many atty's (to thick), but the modfather (atty) and squonkers with drippers suck it up.....:giggle:

I usually use 3mg nic and have found that 60/40 is pretty harsh if you're not used to it already. I have been going 70/30 or 80/20 and tried some of my fruit loops eliquid and it was the same nic as I'm used to but 60/40 instead of my usual and the throat hit was damn near making me gag. As people have said, I think the temperature of the vape along with the Vg and nic content is going to intensify the throat hit quite a bit.
