I would say fake. Have had fakes like this. Based on the seem, the type on the heatshrink not the proper shade as an authentic, and as @exodus said the top cap.. Also I believe typically the little QR code square is not as dark...

You can find more here just as a start:

Though the real ones on that thread only have 3 positive prongs also...so hard to find if they're legit and I got them from Amazon, two of them was $20

Yes RTD vapor linked above only sells genuine, great site, great operators. And typically with Amazon let them know you fear they are fake through email and they will start giving you responses, up to refund. You will not have to send them back regardless, waste in cost of shipping.

I bought them through Amazon Prime so returns are free and are instantly refunded once you drop the return package off at the UPS store, just dont want to return them if they are in fact genuine batteries.

interesting. Well, if it was mine.. I would go with my gut.. It's easy for us to say fake or real, we aren't holding them. If they appear to be the real deal to you, and I'll say they look pretty good if they're fakes, they are of good quality. Use em if you have a good feeling about them. VTC4's have been so hard to find, and so widely counter-fitted that it's hard to tell these days.

Here is some updated photos of the batteries, and they are not as dark as they are in the pictures I think my camera just over saturates the photos or adjusts the contrasts, they are a lighter shade of green.

Gosh they look great.

Is it just the way the camera is processing the picture, just me, or do the positive tabs have an odd slope to them? Other than that, and the QR code being darker than my authentics, they look good.

i don't see anything there that marks them as definitely fake. It's impossible to know 100% just from appearance though.
