Are there any flavor profiles you'd like to mix with but cannot find?

Out of curiosity I wanted to see if there are any flavor concentrates you would be interested in mixing with but haven't found on the market? Whether it be a totally new and original flavor or just one that the popular flavor houses have not yet perfected.

To answer.....ack! I don’t know! I’m still fairly new to mixing....I def got the hang of mixing other peoples recipes. I go by other people’s recommendations and reviews for concentrates. So far, I have been satisfied with the selections of concentrates out there. I’m sure I’ll think of something at 3:am.......

Oh and a legit vanilla flavor. That actually taste like the real thing. Vanilla extract like.

An amazing authentic Greek yoghurt and quark. Not some sour ransit attempt at it, nor cream cheese or cottage cheese vibe/attempt. Sure you can mix and layer different existing flavors, but with the current available flavors that's nearly impossible.

Chocolate same thing, I don't want burnt cocoa or Hershey's, nor baking chocolate or even chemical icing. I would like to see a few good authentic milk, dark, bitter, and white chocolates.

A pure grape flavor, not soda, candy or grape juice, just a grape that tastes like eating one.
Maybe the perfect pineapple for a recipe I'm working on.
And I'm with @Mykreign a good pre made milkshake flavor would be nice.
One more thing, a pre made blue raz that doesn't suck.

@eStorm I really like the idea of an authentic chocolate flavor as well as white chocolate.
@Hillbilly Pig I feel like NO ONE has come even close to a natural grape flavor, its always that synthetic candy taste, great idea!
@lucifah I've definitely come across some savory flavors like that but haven't found anything that vapes well.
@Mykreign Would you want a flavored milkshake (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate) or just a plain milkshake base? Strawberry for people who can't taste strawberry might be tricky but totally possible i'm sure.

Just the base. Then you can add whatever you want to it.

A legit sour additive. Like the outside of War-heads candy or Cry baby gum.

A usable sweet corn. The stuff from Health Cabin is on the right track, but way too potent even when diluted.
