I am glad to hear some one got use from that battery charger!. as far as the 30 watts I have been dripping pretty much from the start almost 2 years ago and vape at about 7-8 watts and I ask the same question. I have no use for it that i know of. Nearest I can tell it is for the "cloud chasers", who use low ohm coils with high wattage to make lots of vapor.

Save your money and buy a bottom feed REO. At least read some reviews of people who say; "wow I wish I would have bought one from the beginning!"
They are mechanical mods though and you make your coils, or use ready made 510 or 306 style dripping atomizers to achieve your desired wattage.
However it is bottom fed so you just squeeze the bottle and it feeds juice up into the atomizer rather than drip.
How many mods can you stick under the faucet with hot water and dish soap to wash and 3-4 minutes later be vaping again!

The mvp2 has two 3.7 volt batteries that are rectangular and just soft covered in a foil material. Instead of being in parallel,like stacked on top of each other. They are wired togehter in series so you get a higher mah rating/longer lasting battery rather than 6.8-8.4 volts.

Also if anyone has taken one apart they need a mechanical fire button that doesn't "Kiss the Donkey" I have had the MVP and the MVP I break the fire button is just junk its not even mechanical in the sense of a switch if they fix that I may bite

It is basically a little spring disc that pops down like cell phone buttons do.

The tech is moving faster than cell phones. By the time you get the preorder in there is already something on the way that blows it out of the water. I can't think of anything right now moving forward this fast.

I stopped at Madvapes on my way home from vacation, excited to go to a vape store, since I have to drive so far to get to one. I thought I was going to buy the Groove 2 liked the way they looked online. I love box mods and variable wattage. Not sure why I would need above 15 I am usually between 8 and 9.5, salesperson talked me out of it. Said the battery life was better but definitely not as durable as the mvp2, so I thought ok, will go order a shone since it's so cheap at DFW, since someone posted their sale on here, came to under 34 bucks, but only had the snow flake looking one left. The wrap on my current one looks just like that without the crystals.

Love the MVP! Would like to see them go back to the v1 button though. The v2 button is too firm. Would also be nice to see it go up to 6V. Also wouldn't mind seeing a recessed 510 connection! Love the battery run time on this and it just works. I have 4 and 3 are v1's and still running like a dream!

I was all about the MVP until my first one completely died after 6 weeks. I had two but my "warm fuzzy" left the building after that. Sold the replacement and then sold the other after getting a Provari. With that being said I really liked the form factor. Battery life was hugely over-rated though. I was luck to get 300-400 puffs on the counter.

With that being said they could.....

• Make it smaller and lighter and round the corners a bit
  
• Make the 510 connection much more durable. Never had an issue but many did
• Owner replaceable battery pack or use an 18650 battery - Two would be awesome
• Doesn't matter to me but bump the power to keep up with the competition
• Round, recessed power button that is not so firm to push - But also not too spongy
• AMOLED display with accelerometer
• 1 year warranty

Wow, I own 9 of these MVP 2s, only because I vape so many different juices throughout the day, i don't want to bother with switching the tanks out. Plus I just love the box mod. I agree with you about the 510 connection tho. Maybe you got some bad MVP2s....the battery life on mine is insane, I easily get 800-900 before I have to recharge it. Looking forward to seeing what the MVP3 has to offer. But honestly, I couldn't be happier with this device. I have no interest in re building, just set it and forget it...solid device..I'm happy.

I am all in favor of improvements the currents one are just junk. If you have ever had 3 fail on you and take it apart you realize at what level it is,
The fire button on both the MVP 1 and 2 are not really buttons they are old technology not a real button in any sense. I think that the initial usb charging was a great idea.. I am all for a new MVP that has real buttons and does not have junk batteries in it. And maybe even a bit of headroom. But I am not expecting that much of change from them we have not really seen any major improvements... I guess once you use a box mod real buttons the MVP for me feels like that Dollar General tin foil that is like a generic brand of the generic brand... I hope its great... I'm betting it will not be. My honest feeling is many people started with it so they have some love for it... Ok thats great good for you but technically its junk.

MVP2 was my first "real" mod that launched me into vaping overdrive, and I knew for certain at that point that I was officially done with cigarettes for good. Was the perfect travel companion too, the USB feature saved my cell phone too many times to count.

I do miss that feeling of excitement I had with the MVP2 during the first week of use though

I bought my MVP2 about a year ago, shortly after I started vaping. It was a BIG improvement over my starter kit and I enjoyed the vape from it. Then I started buying other mods. It just doesn't compare to the ones I have now. Not even close. I won't talk bad about this mod, many love it as I did when I got it. I got it out and tried it a couple of weeks ago just to see what I thought of it now. My ole stand by is going in the PIF box next week.

It did me well while I used it but I can't see me ever using it again.If they keep coming out with new ones... it won't matter to me. I'm done buying mods until I can find the wood mini I want. LOL I think I will be done then.

I've owned 3, first model out, the next newer version. first one fizzled the other 2 just didn't have the power I wanted and seemed clunky using. But replacing with a new chip and 510 connection upgrade and making it more light weight sounds like a step in the right direction including a bit of a price drop would be interesting.

undecided...I don't vape at high watts (6.5 on my protank 2 style head, 8 watts on my genesis RBA's)...if they made a MVP2.5 that had 2x the mAh vs twice the power, I would be interested

Ohh no not a problem at all I love the box mod too and I have a buffett of flavors and i have 11 box mods so I can understand having many box mods but ya know kinda like juice I was just wondering if having 9 of the same box mod when there are so many choices if maybe this affliction is a new addition to the definition of insanity. dudetteMVP not a prob..

Who gives a crap how many MVP's someone has , if they are the perfect vape for somebody then who cares . I know people who have 8 cana mods , there's a guy here who owns about eight plume veils , no biggie , spend your $$ anyway you see fit , we all have different preferences.

If someone is perfectly content to stay with Pro tanks , Iclears and other low wattage clearo's an MVP is the ideal device for them.

Better fire button and location moved to the side, improved center pin and stronger 510 threading, brighter and wider OLED display screen moved to the front, boost the watts to 15 or 20, slim the form down and lighten it up. Swap out battery option or increase from 2600 milliamp. Always room for upgrades but not an absolute necessity for me. The MVP is a decent mod for what it is designed to do. One thing I would like to see though is a much better tank to go with the kit. The iClear 30 was darn awful. Innokin makes good mods for the most part but clearos need much improvement. iClear30s is the exception but strip the polycarbonate and make it glass, keep the swivel I like it.

REO is a good high end box mod but at a very high price tag in today's struggling economy.

By the time it comes out.. 50-100 watts will be the standard if you think about it. Entry level mod market just went from 15 to 30.

A 30 watt MVP with the price point of the iStick would take the market by storm.

Can I have some when they kick the bucket? I'm pretty sure a nivel chip would fit it nicely, with a little modding, but I'm a sucker for new technology that will be old news in a few months..

I started off on a generic eGo starter kit and quickly needed an upgrade. I purchased the MVP 2.0 and have been pretty satisfied, at least up until the last month.

I really hate where the charging port is. I wish it was located on the side so I can stand the device up while it's charging. I find myself taking off my tank to charge, especially if I have a top coil (like an iClear 30 - which sucks!). I've always made it a habit to not keep my device on the side for too long. I hate leakage.

I wish the bottom on/off switch was more flush, but that's a small annoyance.

I don't like how firm the fire button is, but again, small annoyance.

My biggest complaint is the wattage limitations. I'm still a baby in this vape community, but I find myself maxing out my single coil protank mini 2 and pushing it at 11 watts, still looking for more power.

I've popped a few coils, but that's my own problems for having a single coil tank right now. Regardless, I would love to see more wattage output, better button, flush switch and relocation of the charging connector. That's my two cents.
