To get right down to the point, I have droped my battery a couple times on the floor, the atlantis tank will fire, but I have to screw it into the battery at different lengths to get it to fire. Sometimes it will fire with the tank barely screwed in, other times it will fire with the tank screwed all the way into battery. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have the Aspire CF Sub 2000maH battery

I would imagine having dropped it ,it may very well have moved the 510 inside the casing itself.
I wouldnt exactly render it safe to use considering how it does or doesnt make contact..one wrong position of the 510 can possibly short the device out.
There isnt really much you can do but either replace it or send it off for repair by a reputable shop or Aspire themselves but, cost for shipping both ways and parts and labor you could probably buy another one cheaper or just get something better.

get a new mod, there are quite a lot of good ones that are inexpensive out there these days.
