Atlantis coil burning fast

I have a Atlantis tank with a 0.5 coil and I have it set at 25 watts on my mod, I primed and let it sit over night with out taking any puffs, I did this Thursday night and today Sunday it's completely burnt! So my question is, is having it set at 25watts(3.5v) to high? Even if the coil goes up to 30 watts? Maybe bad coil? Tia
