Atomizer Short - eVic-VT 60W

Hey everyone! I've encountered a problem with my eVic-VT 60W. I've come here because I have had no response from JoyTechs support in over a week, and having sent several emails.

The problem I'm having is whenever I'm going to take a hit, nothing will happen and the screen will either say "Atomizer Short" or it'll just to to the 10 second lock. I'm gong to include images of the vape and I'm hoping it'll be obvious. I'm very new to vaping and only had this for about a month, having never dropped it.

I've tried it with a different tank and the problem persists

I had the same issues with mine. It started off only happening once and a while but soon it was every other time I tried to use it. I tried everything; different tanks, coils and batteries but nothing worked. I also reached out to joytech a few times but like you got no response. I ended up contacting the store I bought it from and they exchanged it for a IPV D2 and threw in two batteries for my trouble. It was disappointing as I really loved the mod. I loved it so much I plan on purchasing another some time soon.

Unfortunately, the store I bought it from has a two week return policy, and I've had it for a month, I'll probably go tomorrow, see if putting another o-ring by the atomizer helps, if not I'll go to the smoke shop and see what my begging can do

Mine was past the company's return policy time limit but they went above and beyond to make it right. For the record, it was www.myvaporstore.com

Sounds like the VTC Mini? If so you should definitely give another one a go, blows my D2 out of the water and I really liked my D2 lol.
Now they even have it in Red, Gold, and a Charcoal that looks slick.

Oh I have my friend. I've been using it for the last couple weeks and love it like I did the first one. The big brother should be arriving today...

I hate to say this, but I would suggest you go throw yourself at the mercy of the shop and hope they are willing to do something for you. If they aren't, then I would recommend you find another shop, one that stands behind their gear.

You could also try waging an electronic war against Joyetech, post daily on their facebook page, tweet often about them, and use a hashtag that will catch their attention, email bomb them day after day, start posting your problems publicly on their forums, etc. I've done this successfully with a couple of companies, but it is hit or miss on whether or not it will work.

Ultimately, if nothing is done, then I would suggest a new mod such as the VTC or Cuboid, or if you want to get away from the Joyetech line, try the IPV D2 or D3.

My evic vt died after using it for a month, charged it then just nothing. Contact joytech service. They are slow to respond sometimes . Be persistent and patient and get a back up device good luck

my evic vt 60w wont turn on even when plugged in what could be wrong
